Today’s luxury residential projects are as smart as they are beautiful. True modern luxury is the ability to control your environment seamlessly. The key to successful smart home integration in high end interior design is invisibility. Technology should serve you without acting as an eyesore.
During the early stages of spatial planning, our designers at Mohammed Assas Design Studio work with tech integrators to ensure that miles of cabling are flawlessly hidden behind custom wall panels and false ceilings. Motorized window treatments are tucked into recessed ceiling pockets, and climate control vents are integrated into linear architectural slots. Centralized smart hubs allow homeowners to command ambient lighting scenes, multi room audio, and advanced security protocols directly from a discrete wall pad or smartphone. This intelligent integration results in an elegant, tech forward sanctuary tailored for modern elite living
